Integrated Management System

Istidam offers a comprehensive range of engineering and consulting service which operate under our integrated management system that is ISO 9001: 2015 (standard for Quality Management Systems) and ISO 14001: 2015 (standard for Environmental Management Systems) accredited. 

Istidam operates within the framework of a management system that is recorded and maintained to allow us to provide a standardised service that meets customer, quality assurance, regulatory, and environmental requirements. Our management system is annually audited by external independent organisations, which maintain our ISO standard certifications (download our integrated ISO 9001 and 14001 standard certificate in the link below).

The management system defines the protocols, procedures, and policies and provides guidance to all our staff so that they can consistently provide the service we offer. 

The management system defines screening and background check procedures to ensure that the suppliers and subcontractors we work with are competent and can provide services of a quality that complies with our standards.

Our management system is constantly updated and improved by ensuring we capture and record all relevant aspects of our work which we can learn lessons. We carry out internal audits and regularly assess our quality, environmental and management processes.
